A specialised heated Ayurvedic oil that is selected to suit your Dosha type is soothingly applied over the entire body and using continuous, fluidic massage techniques creates total re-balancing, leaving you feeling centered and calmer. (Not tatric or exotic).

Please wear dark clothing to this appointment as the oils may stain.
